The Way we Work

It seems too much to expect nowadays if you want the essentials from any kind of supplier: a quality product; excellent customer service; delivery on time; and a price that matches the quote. Is all of this really too much to deliver? At Sharon Leon, we don't think so, and neither do scores of our repeat customers. We know that our private customers are keen to get their floor coverings right. We're talking about your home after all: the place where you and your family live; where you will entertain family and friends; the place where you want to relax in comfort.

That's why we want to go further. To do more than what you'd expect of a quality supplier. For instance, if you are moving house, we'll uplift the carpets you are taking with you and store these with your new ones at our own premises, free of charge. We also promise that once your new carpet is fitted, we will return within 12 months to check on its condition and restretch it if necessary.

Our 6,000 square metre premises in the Longman estate, Inverness, are always open to customers. Even better, we refuse to have a hard-sell atmosphere, enabling our customers to browse our thousands of samples at their leisure. No need to take our word for it; no need to pay attention to all the customers we continue to serve after forty years of service; come and see for yourself.
